Umpire Registry
The Little League Umpire Registry is a trusted and well-rounded online education and training resource for umpires. It is a robust source of supporting links, videos, and information for a Little League umpire. This is the place where you can complete your required background check and share this information with any local league registered in the world. You can also purchace offical Little League Gear and patches, as well as download a number of helpful resources.

Umpire Training Course
This course will support inexperienced and experienced umpires in learning the basics of umpiring Little League Baseball® and Softball. Designed to introduce learners to the basics of umpiring, the course aims to encourage and equip prospective and current umpires to take the diamond. Learners will explore the building blocks of working the plate, where to stand when working the bases, what to call and how to call it, and be introduced to the Little League® “Rules to Know.” This course will build a solid foundation for all interested in umpiring and empower learners to be successful in their role as a Little League umpire.
Rules Training Videos
There are a number of viseos covering the rules. The videos are broken down by each section of the rulebook. There are also videos with rule interpretations and other FAQs.
Little League Rulebook App
The Rulebook app contains the Official Regulations, Playing Rules, and Operating Policies for all divisions of Baseball, Softball, and Challenger in one location.
