Little League West Region headquarters is located in San Bernardino, CA.
Western Region Headquarters in San Bernardino oversees three distinct regions.
- West Region consisting of Southern Califonia, Northern California, Arizona, and Hawaii
- Northwest Region consisting of Alaska, Washington, Oregon, and Idaho
- Moutain Region consisiting of Montana, Wyoming, Nevada, and Utah.
Most of the Western Region Training is conducted through the West Region Little League Umpire Alumni Association (WRLLUAA).

There are approximately 125 examples for umpires and umpire instructors to utilize. The majority of these are from the Regional and World Series broadcasts. A few are local and some are MLB plays.
